AUTORESPONDER
"The Money is In The List". A lot of us have heard that expression, and that is SO TRUE. You need to have a list of interested prospects for what you're offering in order to have a chance of making any money at all online. An autoresponder helps you create (build) that list. You'll be able to send out pre-written followup campaigns to the people that request information from you, and you'll also be able to send out complete broadcasts to your list at any time you wish. This is a golden tool with regards to marketing.
There are many autoresponder services out there (Aweber and Getresponse are the biggest) but they are either paid services that you subscribe to, or you have to purchase an autoresponder script and host it on your own server. The last option requires some more technical knowledge and more work with making sure that your e-mails actually gets delivered.
There is however, a very good FREE Autoresponder out there, that fills most people's needs. It's called ListWire and it's absolutely FREE to use. This is a good, solid and reliable autoresponder with good delivery to your leads. Since it's absolutely FREE, you will receive a few commercial e-mails from the owner of the service every day. Your leads will also be exposed to a couple of advertisements during their optin process (when they fill out the form and request more info) since that's a part of financing this service.
There's a big misunderstanding among a lot of marketers regarding Listwire. Because it's advertisement supported (remember, it's FREE) some marketers believe that the subscribers also receive promotional e-mails from the owner of this service every day. That is NOT the case. The only promotion they will ever see, is a single advertisement during their optin process, and a single banner at the bottom of each e-mail they receive from you, and the banner directs them to the Listwire service with your personal link. So nothing to be afraid of there. :)
Another limit of this service is that you can only run 12 different campaigns (but unlimited subscribers, broadcasts and mailings though). It's supported by some advertisements like I said, but you can actually minimize those through some small and easy tricks. Read more about Listwire and sign up HERE.
